Minimalism: The Path to an Organized, Stress-free and Decluttered Life is my humble attempt to provide an overview of what minimalism is, what it can offer, and some insights into how this lifestyle can be implemented.
The first section of this book highlights a brief history of minimalism and its origins. It also covers how the minimalist movement has evolved over time, what modern day minimalism looks like, and its benefits.
The second section covers a wide range of strategies and techniques that you could use to declutter, get organized, and live in a stress-free and minimalist home.
The last section highlights what a minimalist lifestyle could look like; it covers a wide range of topics including minimalism in money, health, relationships, and much more.
My hope is that this book will enable you to find joy in simplifying and to find happiness in fewer things that truly matter.
Over the years, I gathered several recipes that fit my minimalist mindset, my time, and my goals. The recipes I collected were helpful, but not in the format that were easiest to follow. I wrote Easy Food: Simple, Healthy, & Quick Recipes in a style and format that I would find most useful. My hope is that you will too! Here’s how this book is written:
- Most of the recipes I’ve included have five main ingredients or less.
- Each recipe has two parts. The first part lists the key ingredients you’ll need along with the condiments, spices, and the kitchen equipment you’ll need to have on hand. This page will also show how long it might take to prepare the recipe and how many people it could serve.
- The second part will give you instructions on how to prepare the recipe. I’ve tried my best to also include quick tips on how to save the food you’ve prepared for the week ahead.
- I’ve categorized the recipes based on their cultural influences—so you’ll see the book is divided into various sections, each depicting a specific country or region.
I hope you’ll find this book informative and enjoyable. Happy cooking!
Journaling your goals and daily aspirations is a great way to organize your life better. I created this journal with an aim to help you become more productive, but also more reflective at the same time. Most of the journals I come across are restrictive, because they include specific dates and rigid templates. However, I prefer flexibility. I created this journal such that it includes no specific dates and allows you to mark the journal as you see fit. I included options to jot down your yearly, monthly and daily goals, with prompts and reaffirmations. My hope is that by using this journal, you will be kind to yourself, believe in yourself more, and plan your life in a more efficient, productive and understanding way. Happy Journaling!
